Meet Your Therapist
A little about me…
My name is Whitney, owner and therapist behind Whit’s Holistic and Bodywork Therapy, specializing in your personalized in-home care through holistic massage and bodywork.
I began my journey at a young age as a competitive gymnast. Understanding alignment and connection to the body is practically second nature. Movement has always been a core part of my life, and over time I’ve dedicated my work to helping others find balance through bodywork, recovery, and mindful care. Today I combine my experience in fitness, holistic health, and bodywork to help you feel more aligned, supported and at ease in your body.

About my services…
Swedish/Circulatory MassageA flowing, relaxation-focused massage designed to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and reduce muscular tension throughout the body. This style of massage promotes relaxation while also helping the body feel more energized, balanced, and restored.
Deep tissue MassageA focused, myofascial release-based treatment designed to address tension, restricted movement, and discomfort. Unlike a traditional massage that simply uses deeper pressure, this approach concentrates on 1-3 specific areas of the treatment, depending on session length and the amount of work needed.
AcupressureAn Eastern-based bodywork technique that applies pressure to specific meridian points throughout the body to help encourage balanced energy flow, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Reiki“Reiki is a gentle non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the bodies ability to restore balance. Sessions promote a greater sense of calm, well-being and overall energetic harmony.
PNF Stretching“Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation” is an advanced flexibility technique that combines assisted stretching with gentle muscle contractions to help improve range of motion, mobility, and overall movement patterns.
Structural Integration Series Structural Integration, also known as "Rolfing," is a specialized 12-session bodywork system designed to improve the overall alignment, balance, and movement of the body through the connective tissue system, also known as fascia. Unlike traditional massage, this work focuses on the fascial “trains” and structural relationships that run throughout the entire body, helping to release long-held patterns of restriction, overcompensation, and imbalance that may have developed from injury, posture, stress, repetitive movement, or chronic tension.
Using focused myofascial release techniques, each session builds upon the previous one in a specific sequence to gradually reorganize and align the body as a whole rather than simply treating isolated areas of discomfort. Clients often experience improvements in posture, mobility, range of motion, body awareness, and chronic pain patterns, while some may also notice support in reducing certain structural imbalances or scoliosis-related restrictions. Because the body and nervous system can hold onto both physical and emotional tension over time, this work can also create a deeply releasing and transformative experience on multiple levels.
This is a committed process rather than a single relaxation session. The 12-session series is designed to be completed as a full system, with each session preparing the body for the next stage of integration and structural change
Lymphatic Drainage MassageA gentle, light-touch therapy designed to encourage healthy lymphatic flow, reduce fluid retention, and support the body’s natural detoxification and immune processes
